Jose Antonio Pineda Bueno was born in Motril, Granada (spain), on August 14, 1950. When eigt,  Bueno began studying drawing at the School of Arts and Crafts in Motril. At the age of ten he moved to Catalonia, in Northem Spain, to live and study for school examinations, which he completed when he was fourteen.

        From the age of fourteen to nineteen he worked at the renowened advertising and desing  irm of Font-Diestre in Barcelona, Spain. From that time forward he devoted his time to his advertising profession and created ilustrations for publications directed toward children and youth. In 1987, Bueno decided to devote himself exclusively and professionaly to painting.
 

        Bueno spent an extended amount of time in France and exhibited in cities such as Paris, Nice, Chartres and Toulouse. Following this time he then exibited in Spain. Reus, Barcelona, Madrid, Palma de Mallorca, Castellón,... are just a few among his many Spanish exibition sites.
The work and career of Pineda Bueno have received extensive publicity in France and Spain. In addition to leading galleries in Europe that have feature and exibited the paintings of Bueno, his work has also been selected for sale in a number of prestigious Paris-Auctions.
 
        Today, Bueno is regarded as one of Spain´s leading impressionistic artists. his uncomplicated style of impresionism brings joy and movement to his favorite subjects. Typically his favorite subjects are elegaladies strolling along a beach or in a peaceful garden with their hats and umbrella for comfort from the warm Mediterranean sun. From his vibrant pallete, he freely applies color and grace to his chosen landscape, or seascape. The warmth and relaxing charm of the paintigs of Pineda Bueno bring a new reflection and definition to impressionism.
